OUR STORY

Tradition and nature, side by side.

Peru means guava in Marathi. Wadi means orchard. The name tells you where you are.

01 — THE NAME

Peru is guava. Wadi is a garden.

The gate shows two guavas and the Marathi name. The setting follows through: guava trees shade the tables.

02 — THE BEGINNING

When did it all start?

The exact founding date has not been publicly verified, so we do not state one. We prefer a blank to an invention.

03 — A MAHARASHTRIAN TRADITION

Misal pav, the state’s everyday feast.

A spicy curry, crunchy farsan, soft pav, onions and lemon. It is breakfast, lunch and a reason to travel.

04 — SIGNATURE IDENTITY

Chulivarchi misal.

It is printed on the signs and the menu board. The brand’s tagline is “Nisargat, chulivarchi asssal chav”, roughly: authentic chulha flavour, in nature.

05 — THE PEOPLE

Behind the place.

The public record lists Vishal Daulat Dhondge as proprietor; we have not independently confirmed this, so no personal story is told here.
